21-42 9:05 A.M. - Public Hearing on Consideration of a Major Use Permit (UP 19-30) and a Negative Declaration (IS 19-48). The project applicant is Stott Outdoor Advertising, owner Joseph Doyle is proposing a new 22' tall billboard on a 1.26+ property. Each face is 300 sq. ft. in area. Proposed setback is 7.5 feet from Highway 20-fronting property line. The project location is 2450 Stokes Road, Nice, and further described as APN: 004-055-23.
