The permit should truly be evaluated as a new application and renewed every 5 years as some growers are good neighbors and others are not (smells, mess, increased traffic, crime etc. No way should it be longer and never forever. Things have changed a lot over 5 years, owners, relationships , partners, other areas use etc.
Wording suggested to reflect if a permitted grow is in unincorporated areas of county which is then annexed by a township or city where the grow is not allowed then the permit revokes at that time.
Wording suggested that if any changes to the major use permit, ie, water at time of application was a well, and then changed to city/township water district (public water) the permit revokes at that time.
