    Do Not Form an Ad Hoc Committee Based on Resolution 2019‑124.
    Rescind the Resolution and Align County Practice with the State Minimum
    Fire Safe Regulations (14 CCR, Subch. 2)

    The County should stop relying on Resolution 2019-124 because it’s based on legal mistakes. Roads should be judged by how they’re actually used, not what label is attached. This protects both wildfire safety and the County from lawsuits.
