Good to see you are correcting the date error in this contract, and bringing the contract current. There is a significant threat to public health and safety to the Upper Lake Community with the ever-increasing-in-size scour at the levee bank on this project. We are losing, at minimum, 2'x2' chunks of bank every significant rain event. We don't have much levee bank left to lose before there is little to no bank left. We need an engineer to immediately determine if the bank of the levee at the scouring area will hold much longer. We need them to do that now. We are in an emergency situation with regard to the continue scouring of the levee bank. There needs to be emergency repairs to this scour now. Thank you.
