    This is a very well designed project and is a good fit for the location. The property has some old trailers that will be removed and replaced with new commercial buildings. Lake County needs more upgrades of neglected properties like this. County staff has done an excellent job vetting this project and I urge the Planning Commission to follow staffs recommendation and approve it.
