5.21 24-829(Sitting as the Board of Directors of the Lake County Watershed Protection District) (a) Approve the Agreement between the County of Lake and EOA, Inc. Environmental Consulting firm to provide assistance in conducting Storm Water Illicit Discharge Detection Elimination & Stormwater Guidance Development and Management Plan not to exceed $224,000 for a term ending January 31, 2029; and (b) Authorize the Water Resource Director sign the Agreement and all other documents related to this project
