    Previous discussion stated that "processing" was not be be performed in temporary structures but this draft ordinance now allows for processing. This activity should be reserved for permanent structures.

    Temporary structures were originally proposed for 60-90 days with a max of 2 extensions. Now it says they'll be allowed for 3 years. What changed?

    Regarding generators, there is no mention of solar generators or solar arrays which are quite efficient and can provide 100 amp service.

    There are setbacks mentioned and tier level for diesel generators but no decibel threshold, fuel storage requirements or hours of operation.

    Since cannabis is not federally recognized, does it still qualify under the 'right to farm' act?
