    I was the real estate broker involved in the sale of this ranch. This property seemed like the ideal size and location for the project they had in mind. The previous owner could no longer maintain a property of this size and it was becoming very neglected. The Betts family has worked very hard to restore the dwellings and maintain the natural habitat. They are only asking for a fraction of the canopy allowed due to the acreage size. This is a very well planned project and I urge the Planning Commission to follow staff recommendation and approve it. Thank you for your time.
