Please consider denying this application until the applicant can provide detailed information for each property. For properties that'll be rehabilitated or built & then rented out, the purchase price shouldn't be discounted to 5% as the non-profit will receive future monthly revenue from the properties.
Clarification is needed as to which properties will be renovated & sold, which will be made in to public uses and which ones will become rentals. Will preference be given to local residents?
