Please deny AB 22-03. I and my neighbors experienced first-hand the disruption and trauma to our peaceful way of life with the 2021 SourzHVR debacle. High Valley Road is not suitable for the type of traffic these projects require, especially at the interchange of High Valley Road and Cerrito Drive (known as The Fishhook, or Horseshoe Bend). Our county is in a state of "Exceptional Drought" and water use should be prioritized for human use before discretionary recreational crops. Large marijuana grows serve no one, except the cartels, and residents don't want the element they bring to our neighborhoods and towns. They destroy the land and leave a wake of destruction to human and animal lives when the season is over. You need only look at places like Mendocino and Oregon to see that this industry is causing more problems than benefit. We shouldn't have to fight our own county representatives for our protection from them. I oppose all large grows in Lake County. Please deny AB 22-03.
