Please take note that the Address in question is on Highway 29. NOT Clayton Creek Road.
It is my belief that the Planning Commisioners are there to uphold the General Plan. Not to change what has been adopted. The question here is not of Cannibus it is on the Rezoning to“Spot Zoning” from C3 to C2
I listened to the Planning Commission at the start of this application and remember someone on the Planning Commission Board stating “that it was not a good idea for SPOT ZONING”, “ WHAT IF THIS OWNER DECIDED TO VACATE “...THERE WOULD BE NOTHING TO STOP ANOTHER C2 APPROVED or UNAPPROVED BUSINESS FROM GOING IN THAT LOCATION” (esp. Lake Street at Bryant)’
I do not understand the logic of this approval. We are hoping that the Lake County Board of Supervisors listens to their constituents.
