    This individual is not a person who anyone wants as their neighbor. He does not live in Lake County, nor does he care one bit about the county or the people in it. He is purely motivated by greed and selfishness. In no way should the county or city of Nice have to bear the burden of his existence.

    Reasons to not approve this zone change for a dispensary - this person has completely neglected their properties in Lake county, spread trash to neighboring parcels, slandered his neighbors, attempted to bully many neighbors, and has tried forcing his lack of morals upon a community that completely disagrees.

    This individual has already had code violations, and ignored his cannabis permit rejection and went forward with his own selfish desires.

    Beautiful town of Nice, you don't deserve such a downgrade. Do not let this person go forward with another unnecessary business that will fail soon anyways. Lake county deserves people who respect and love it, and will improve the community.
