5.7 22-1083 (a) Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Agreement Between the County of Lake and Advocates for Human Potential for the Department of Care Health Care Services for the Period of April 19, 2022 through December 31, 2022 and Authorize the Behavioral Health Director to Sign the Agreement and (b) Waive Competitive Bidding in Accordance with Section 2-38.2 of the Lake County Code and (c) Approve the Agreement in the amount of $294,000.00 Between COAR Design Group for Facility Design Services and the County of Lake for the Behavioral Health Clearlake Facility Expansion Project and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign the Agreement.
