Good morning, Board. Please consider wavering the Water Resources permit fees to spray 8 miles of canals chocked by the invasive weeds in the Clearlake Oaks Keys addition. Property owners have met with experts in removal and control of Creeping Water Primrose and spraying is the only action that can bring about success and not have it spread in to the main body of Clear Lake. The chemical herbicide application to spray is very expensive and the permit fees add to this. The Keys POA must commit to multiple spraying to control this invasive. Please help us help Lake County control the invasive Creeping Water Primrose. Thank you.
