The Keys property owner’s association represents 830 homes in Clearlake Oaks that are on the water and facing extremely high vegetation management issues. They have developed a long-term action plan (permits, contract with Water Works and homeowner cooperation) to tackle the invasive creeping water primrose but have limited funds to be successful. Please consider waving the County of Lake permit fee as we all work to keep the lake clean and healthy.
