I won't be able to make this meeting, but here's my concerns:

While the turning lane addressed the access to the corn maze site, the elimination of the transition lane for traffic entering South bound onto Hwy 29 from Thomas Lane has increased the hazards for traffic at this intersection, especially during pear season when trucks from Scully Packing enters 29 at this intersection. Also the other 10 months of the year the South bound transition is on longer available.

The original transition lane had a purpose and the corn maze solution eliminated that safety solution for Thomas traffic (including my family and fiends). the South bound transition was created when Rainbow Ag was approved, to mitigate increased traffic that included Konocti Winery (no Shannon Ridge).

You've deleted that year long mitigation for a two month (probably just one month) use.

    TRAFFIC LIGHT?
