    The biotic study done by Pinecrest Environmental Consulting was revised on June 24, 2021 and is clearly a reconnaissance level study and does not include the modification to the application received by the County on July 9,2021.
    Recent changes to the project plans and scope are not and could not have been addressed in the initial biological study, thus we request that a new environmental review be conducted to specifically include the new project plans and scope.
