The applicant Linodhi Inc. is proposing three (3) A-Type 3 medium outdoor commercial cannabis cultivation licenses and one A-Type 13 Self Distribution license to allow legal transport of cannabis to and from the site. The project location is 6680 Wilkinson Rd. (cultivation site) and 6690 Wilkinson Rd., Kelseyville, CA. and further described as A.P.N. 007-018-14 and 007-018-15.
A large acreage at the end of a dead end road is the ideal location for a cannabis project. There are also cannabis projects either in existence or in the MUP process surrounding it. I did notice a letter protesting this project from the Kelseyville Community Coalition, whoever that is. They make the same baseless, bureaucratic arguments that have failed in the past. I would give little credibility to a letter from people who are not engaged in the subject enough to speak up personally.
