    I, Charleen Wignall is the trustee of 13095 Bottle Rock Road, Cobb Mountain.
    On June 26, 2020, I leased 13095 Bottle Rock Road to Jed Morris for cannabis cultivation. Mr. Morris abruptly left the property in January 2021.
    Jed Morris breached the terms and covenants of the lease resulting in substantial damages.
