Good morning Lake County Board of Supervisors,
It seems like some meetings in Public Comments you hear complaints. Today I would like to let you know you are really appreciated.
As a fairly new resident to the county, every day I am amazed at all the beauty this county offers.
I live in Clearlake Oaks Keys’ addition and a couple of days ago I witnessed tens of thousands of Violet-green and Tree Swallows migrating just out the back door. (I’m an avid bird-watcher and my count of tens of thousands is probably a bit low even.) Along with the swallows that were feeding as they flew by were 38 other bird species from hawks to songbirds.
Thank you for your dedication and mindful in your decisions.
And for all the birds that cannot comment that are in the Pacific Flyway…thank you for caring and preserving our county’s natural resources for future generations.
