5.12 21-1066 (a) Waive the formal bidding process, pursuant to Lake County Code Section 38.2, as it is not in the public interest due to the unique nature of the goods or services, and (b) Approve the Master Agreement between the County of Lake and NCE for consulting services related to pavement preservation and rehabilitation of County Roads, and (c) Approve Supplemental Services Agreement Number 1 and authorize the Chair to sign the Agreements
