    This property is in an area of numerous cannabis cultivation projects. There are no other agricultural uses nearby, very few residential structures in the area, and behind locked gates at the end of a dead end road. It has adequate water and suitable topography. This is exactly the type of location the County of Lake should be encouraging cannabis projects to be developed in.
