7.4 21-845 Consideration of (a) Waiving the formal bidding process, pursuant to Lake County Code Section 38.2, as it is not in the public interest due to the unique nature of goods or services; and (b) Approval of the Agreement between the County of Lake and Ford Street Project for adult Substance Use Disorder Residential Treatment Services including Medication Assisted Treatment and Detoxification Services for Fiscal Year 2021-22 for a contract maximum of $199,250.00 and authorize the Board Chair to sign the Agreement.
