I support the opening of the retail cannabis location in Lucerne. Not only will the community benefit from one less empty building but provide a safe and legal option for purchasing recreational cannabis.

I am a resident of Nice and support a cannabis retail location in Lucerne . I believe the community will benefit from the additional shipping options in regards to cannabis products and the local economy will benefit from the traffic that the retail location will encourage patronage to other businesses in the area.

    To whom it may concern,
My name is Angelina Clementi and I'm writing to voice my support for the proposed cannabis retail permit. I live in Kelseyville and believe the town of Lucerne deserves a retail cannabis store in this location for several reasons:
I believe that the owner will beautify this property, and restore the dilapidated old bar into a store front that is not only functional, but also aesthetically pleasing. I believe this will raise the property value for the homes and businesses in this area, and restore this location to its full potential. As is, it is an eye sore, and restoring this building and the landscaping around it will add to the beauty and charm of Lucerne.
I also feel that this store front will boost the local economy and put much needed funds back into the community while also providing medicine to the residents. I believe this is a storefront the town will really benefit from, and I give my full support for this project.
    Thank you, Angelina Clementi
