My name is Brandon leBoy. I have lived on single spring for 4 yrs. Our property lines are very close. I know the property very well due to knowing the previous owners as well. After spending some time to get to know the Mitchell family I see his plans being very positive towards the community as he is willing to talk to anyone that has questions or concerns about his project. He has already made major improvements to roads and property security. He fully intends to follow all guidelines with county and state laws. Mr Mitchell also strives to keep the neighborhood happy with adequate fire breaks and up keep to general property to not be an eyesore or nuisance to surround neighbors . The plot map shows that the proposed farm location IS within in its legal boundaries of cultivation . It is located over a mile away from the nearest school. I see no negative impact to the community with Mr Mitchell's project and see no reason why he shouldn't be allowed to continue with his project.
My name is Linda Bryant and I am a property owner bordering Tyler's proposed cultivation area off Wilkinson Road. Although I've only known Tyler and Candice for less than a year - they have been the most welcoming and supportive neighbors I could ask for. Tyler has reiterated to me on numerous occasions that he plans to follow all of the guidelines for his project and has encouraged me to share with him any questions that I may have. He has been open and very communicative of his plans and has earned my trust. He strikes me as someone who will push for a positive impact in the community and will be a tremendous asset to our area. He is very upfront, open and incredibly hard working. I fully believe in him and wish him and Candice the best for their project. Thank you
My name is David Carter, I live on Single Spring Drive in Kelseyville. I am making this comment in support of the use permit proposed by Tyler Mitchell at his property on Wilkinson Road. I have lived in my home for 33 years, and lived in Kelseyville since 1971.
During that time, except for some residential homes being built in that area, I have not seen any improvements or development to that property.
In the time that Tyler and his wife have owned the property they have made great effort to improve fire prevention measures and brush clearing. They also have made much improvement to the property. I do not believe that his project would have any negative effect to the community or the surrounding neighborhood. Tyler and his wife have been wonderful neighbors, and I believe that they would be more then cooperative with addressing any concerns the neighbors may have. Thank you.
