As a former consultant on this project, I'm writing to correct the faulty factual record as presented. The amount of missing and erroneous information argues strongly for a continuance so CDD and the property owner can review their respective arguments as to the status of the project and appeal. Most of this information will be provided to CDD (again) by separate email; however, two attachments are included here:
A 2020 email thread between myself and Mr. Porter about the project, including my statement, "In October 2018, we submitted responses to a pair of incomplete letters, and my assumption is that the applications were deemed complete after that. If there are remaining issues to resolve prior to processing the use permit applications, please let myself and (farm caretaker) Mr. Stockbridge know so that we can properly inform the family." I received no further response.
