5.14 21-246 (a) Waive the normal sealed bid process under Ordinance #2406, Section 38.2 as it is not in the public interest due to the unique nature of the goods; (b) Adopt resolution Amending Resolution No. 2020-133 To Amend The Adopted Budget For FY 2020-21 By Appropriating Unanticipated Revenue In Budget Unit 2301 - Sheriff/Jail Facilities, (c) approve purchase replacement tasers and (d) authorize the Sheriff or his designee to issue a Purchase Order to Axom Enterprises, in the amount of $119,868.10
