Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. Applicant / Owner: Badlands LLC. Proposed Project: Twelve (12) A-Type 3 medium outdoor cannabis cultivation licenses requesting 529,560 sq. ft. of cannabis cultivation area and one (1) A-Type 13 self-distribution license. This email is in regards to the Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Badlands 2 project, APN: 016-032-01. The Badlands project is in Robinson Cultural boundaries. The NOI was sent out to the tribes on February 6th, unfortunately Robinson Rancheria did not receive a notice at that time due to the County of Lake, Mr. Porter error of not updated contact list for tribe to be notified. Mr. Porter did confirm I was listed as Robinson contact and that it was his error. Robinson Rancheria received a notice of intent about this project on February 26th and did not have enough time to review documentation in a timely manner. Robinson Rancheria would like to request the ability to have consultation about this project. I have been in contact with Mr. Porter and owner Mr. Ramirez.
