Supervisor Sabatier, As a Clearlake City Council member, you had no problem pushing an ordinance to mandate garbage pick-up for all households within your city limits. Mandated garbage pick-up has placed a ongoing cost on all Clearlake households. Mandated masking creates no ongoing expenses and would have a much greater positive health impact on our citizens than mandated garbage service. Keep with your voting record. Don't waffle on this.
